==========
The solar panels in the building provides electricity to the sensors, the LED lights, the air-conditioner, the escalator and the charging station during the day.
The windmills in the building provides electricity to the sensors, the LED lights, the air-conditioner, the escalator and the charging station at night.
The plants at the TOP of the building cools down the surrounding air making the building cooler, so the air-conditioner could be powered at a higher temperature, reducing electricity usage.
The LED light uses less electricity than the normal light bulb thus reducing electricity usage.
The sensors above the escalators detects people using the escalator. If no one is detected, the escalators stop moving and saves energy.
The layer of insulation in the walls of the building stops heat from entering the building and it lowers the temperature so the air-conditioner could be powered at a higher temperature, reducing electricity usage.
The charging station at the bottom of the building provides electricity to electric cars, encouraging more to switch to electric cars and it uses stored leftover electricity to charge the electric cars so none of the electricity is wasted.
